Junior Ranger Days: Water Wonders

What’s in the water? Do hands-on water sampling and other fun activities to learn about the critters that live in our local waters. Young people and their families are invited to Big Thicket National Preserve every Friday in July from 9 am to noon for Junior Ranger Days. Each week, park rangers will lead fun hands-on activities focused on a variety of topics, from wildlife to wilderness survival. These program are designed for kids ages 8 to 12.
